Little Sparrow Melbourne - Werribee

I would like to thank Gian, the owner of Little Sparrow Werribee, for following up so promptly and professionally regarding my recent complaint. He handled the matter with care and ensured that my concerns were taken seriously. The staff member involved has since apologised directly, and I truly appreciate the way she approached me. She was very polite, genuine, and kind in her apology. It takes a lot to acknowledge a mistake, and I respect that she did so with sincerity. I am really pleased with how the situation was resolved and feel comfortable returning again with my family.

I’ve never made a review on any place in my life so me leaving a review for this cafe says a lot! Hands down one of the best cinnamon scrolls and iced matcha latte i’ve had in my life! Not too sweet nor bitter, perfect. The service is amazing and staff are so kind and welcoming. Honestly, love this place and always find myself coming back regardless of the drive there.

I absolutely loved the sweet chilli wraps, I ended up getting 2 more for home. The workers are really nice and she even offered me a plate when she noticed I didn’t have one as I originally got takeaway. The service was super friendly and thoughtful, and the food was fresh and delicious. Definitely one of the best spots I’ve tried recently. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Hands down my favorite Pacific café. Great coffee, fresh crossants, and super friendly staff who always greet you with a smile. They remember regulars and make you feel right at home. Highly recommended if you’re in the Mall!

What an amazing cafe!!! I've just moved to Werribee and tried many cafes there as I'm very fussy with my coffee like many people are :) I found Little Sparrow consistent with its quality in making my coffee and having great sandwiches, wraps and cakes like Geelong's Little Sparrow in Westfield. My favourite of course is the Almond croissant and the Zataar sandwich! My friends and family totally love the service and kind staff. Thankyou guys for making everyday special for us.

Little Sparrow is an absolute gem. We dropped by around dinnertime and were so impressed. Their cappuccino with oat milk was smooth, creamy, and just the right pick-me-up to wind down the day. And don’t even get me started on their cheesecakes—so indulgent, rich, and absolutely fresh! What really makes this place special is the wonderfully warm and friendly staff. They greet you with a smile and even remember their regulars, which adds such a thoughtful and personal touch. It’s not just a café—it’s the kind of place you just feel good coming back to, no matter the time of day. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates great coffee, tasty treats, and genuine service.
